7TH STREET MIDTOWN HOMES was the rehabilitation
and expansion of two 1906 residential buildings into a 5-unit multi-family
complex comprising a 3,000 s.f. single family home, two 1120 s.f. townhouses
and two 575 s.f. garage apartments. Located on a hill in the historic
Cottage District of Midtown just west of downtown Oklahoma City, this
project includes great views of the downtown skyline, livable front
and back porches and an urban garden. The project is serving as a catalyst
to the revival of one of Oklahoma City’s long-ignored neighborhood
treasures. It was included in the AIA Architecture Tour in 2002, 2003,
2004. Completion, April 2005.
